This website
We do not add registration forms, advertising, or marketing analytics tools. Images and resources are served from this site. Your animation preference may be stored locally in your browser. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
When you contact us
Contact links open your email application. A message is sent only if you choose to send it. We use the information you share to respond to your inquiry or support request. We do not automatically add you to a marketing list.
The V1 app
The app stores settings, cache, and diagnostic logs on your computer. V1 does not automatically upload those logs to Alemco or include automatic publisher analytics. When connected to MSFS, it may read virtual aircraft, airport, scenery, and installed model data. Simulator positions are not your physical GPS location.
External services
Maps and flight data may come from external services. Depending on the selected features and providers, they receive technical request data and queries about flights, airports, or map coordinates. Their own policies apply. Optional credentials and model paths are managed through the app’s local configuration.
